NLH Contracting was founded in 2015 by Nicole Orisme, PHR, SHRM-CP, a seasoned human resource professional with a passion to help businesses build a solid infrastructure.
Mrs. Orisme has over 16 years of experience in Human Resources Management, Project Management, Regulatory and Corporate Compliance Management for businesses and government contractors. She is a member of the Montgomery County and Frederick County local chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management.
